Understand Your
Water Bill
1. Service Account Information
This shows your Account Name, Address, Account Number, or the unique number assigned to your Account, and the meter Number.
2. Bill Number
This is the reference number of your water bill for the period.
3. Month
This contains the month and year of your Billing Statement
4. Cubic Meter Used
This is your total water consumption for the period, which is the basis for all the billing charges.
5. Billing Summary
This contains the period of your water consumption, the meter reading of your previous and current consumption, and the equivalent bill amount.
6. Reminder
This section contains payment and/or Service Reminders and the total amount due.
